Position Overview: The Industrial Services Specialist is a member of the Schaedler Yesco Industrial Automation team and is responsible for the promotion, sales and administration of Schaedler Yesco and Rockwell Automation Services product portfolio. The Automation Services portfolio includes but is not limited to the following:
The Industrial Services Specialist will meet in person or virtually with industrial clients to determine their automation services requirement and provide the right solution to meet the customer’s needs. The Industrial Services Specialist will need to develop a thorough understanding of services available, how each is priced, delivered and the necessary post sale administration. The Schaedler Yesco Industrial Services Specialist will interact with customers, Sales Management, Vendor representatives and Outside Sales resources. This position provides ample opportunity for professional growth.
The person applying for this position should be willing to consider themselves a Market Maker, that will take ownership of the Automation Services Business segment and drive its growth.
Skillset:
Additional responsibilities:
Education: Technical School or Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience
Experience requirements:
Industry Experience – Working in manufacturing environment. Roles:
Production Management, Engineering, Maintenance Management
Or
Professional Level Customer Service or Sales Experience - preferably B2B professional level.
